Empower Children Education provides early childhood consulting services to government and private organisations which include:

• Review and assessment of services to meet accreditation requirements.
• Preparation of organisational strategic, operational and business plans.
• Development of education plans in accordance with policy and curriculum frameworks.
• In-house training of staff for accredited, non-accredited and customised courses.

Consulting services incorporate the following processes:

1) Initial Contact with Potential Client
An initial contact between Empower Children Education and a potential client can occur by email, telephone or Skype with an officer designated by the client. This contact is to determine the purpose and specific requirements for the service and the capacity of Empower Children Education to provide the service.

2) Quotation
After an initial contact, a quotation for a one-off and/or short term service can be provided for a potential client. A quotation includes relevant details and service to be provided by Empower Children Education with an estimated cost for the service.

3) Meeting with Potential Client
A face-to-face meeting or teleconference at a pre-arranged mutually convenient date and time between Empower Children Education and a potential client occurs for a longer term service. This meeting is to determine the aims, purpose, objectives and outcomes, scope, methodology, timelines, deliverables, and reporting processes for the service and the capacity of Empower Children Education to provide this service.

4) Proposal
After a meeting or teleconference, a proposal for a longer term service can be provided for a potential client. A proposal includes relevant details and service to be provided by Empower Children Education, information on the firm’s knowledge, experience, skills to provide the service to requirements, referees who can provide comment on the firm’s capacity to provide a quality and effective service to achieve the objectives and outcomes and a price for the delivery of the specific service.
